The Daily Rates are inclusive of all taxes and service charges.  There are no hidden charges, many villas add utilities or cleaning fees, we do not.  As an extra bonus, thanks to our eco-friendly Atmospheric water generator, you get free drinking water during your stay.  We also stock cooking basics like spices, oil, salt that you are free to use during your stay.  Fibre Optic Wifi is included.

Monthly Rental rates include almost everything.  What is not included,  is your electricity bill and a fixed water fee of 1,000 THB (about 30 USD), that's it.  Pool cleaning, gardening, wifi, and water are all included.  You also benefit from the free drinking water courtesy of the Atmospheric water generator. Weekly house cleaning service is included.  Please note house cleaners take care of the house, floors, dusting etc.  You're responsible to for your own washing up, laundry etc.
